Christmas Tea Break on Tuesday

Christmas Tea Break on Tuesday

Come along to our monthly "Tea Break" morning, 10.30am to 12.00noon.

Villagers can pop in for a cuppa and biscuits and have a natter.

It will happen on the same day the mobile library is due so you can change your books and meet up with people.

Table Tennis on Monday

Table Tennis on Monday

Table tennis will recommence Monday 16th September 2019 at 7pm and every third Monday of the month until May 2020.

Table tennis can be played in the village hall on the 3rd Monday of the month from 7.00 - 9.00pm.

Bridge Group raise money for LOROS

Bridge Group raise money for LOROS

MONEY RAISED FOR LOROS.
The Shearsby persons who are in the Tuesday Bridge Group, namely Mavis and her friend Sylvia, Jane Vann, Jackie Izzet, and Mick Emary, organised a bridge drive with afternoon tea in the village hall on Monday November 25th 2019.
The amount raised for LOROS was £657-00.
Thanks also to all the other helpers who assisted on the day.

LOROS Christmas Card

LOROS Christmas Card

As from 1st December there will be a Christmas Card displayed in the Chandlers Arms, the idea being that instead of sending individual Christmas cards to your friends and neighbours in the village, you can sign the displayed card and put what you would have spent in the LOROS Hospice box provided.
