Bridge Group raise money for LOROS

Bridge Group raise money for LOROS

MONEY RAISED FOR LOROS.
The Shearsby persons who are in the Tuesday Bridge Group, namely Mavis and her friend Sylvia, Jane Vann, Jackie Izzet, and Mick Emary, organised a bridge drive with afternoon tea in the village hall on Monday November 25th 2019.
The amount raised for LOROS was £657-00.
Thanks also to all the other helpers who assisted on the day.

Police Officers investigating a number of incidents of fraud have issued a warning to others after an elderly couple were among the victims.

Since October this year the force has received five reports relating to offences commonly known as courier fraud.
